Held annually across three continents, in London, New York and Marrakech, 1-54 is the leading global event series dedicated to contemporary art from Africa and its diaspora. The 1-54 Contemporary African Art Fair always feature a rich selection of works to discover not seen readily especially in the US, expanding the visibility of many talented artists.  This year the fair's expanded platform encompasses 26 galleries with works from across Africa, Europe and the U.S.-from Nevlunghavn to Cape Town and Los Angeles to Lagos. Returning to Harlem this year, 1-54 expands it presence in a larger venue from last year's Harlem Parish location with space designed by GLUCK+ as an adaptive-reuse project.
