Daily inspiration- Learn to let others have the glory…

There is something wonderful that happens to the human spirit when you stop needing all the attention directed towards yourself and allow others to have the glory.

The need for excessive attention is ego centered. It wants you to always reflect the attention back on yourself. The Ego is the part of us that wants to be seen, heard, respected and considered special even at the expense of someone else.

The next time that someone is telling a story just sit back and say "tell me more" and see how excited that person gets to be seen and heard. Share in their excitement!

The result will be that that person will feel more relaxed around you, making them also more confident around you as well. There are times when it is absolutely OK to exchange experiences back-and-forth, but there is something magical inside of us almost like a sort of Tithing to just let the other person feel great.

If you can just learn to do this from time to time you will see that it will also give you an inner confidence and happiness derived from letting others have the glory.

You got this beautiful soul.. you do! You're amazing and talented and you deserve a great life. Period!
