This is a reminder that as the holiday season approaches, the schedule for our regular approvals will be adjusted. Please be advised that between December 19, 2021 and January 3rd, 2022, normal approvals will be reduced.
Kobo Writing Life will have limited publisher support between December 27nd and January 3rd. If you have an emergency during that time, please email writinglife@kobo.com for assistance. We advise that all eBook or audiobooks content be delivered on or before end of dayFriday, December 17th, 2021, in order to ensure all new titles and promotional pricing scheduled for this period are available on site.
Changes can still be made via the dashboard where necessary, and content can be uploaded, but be advised that the holidays will result in slower response or processing time.
