Tom Carved a swede lantern - aka a neep! This is the more traditional British answer to the seasonal lantern and pre-dates our having access to pumpkins. Swedes are quite tough though and take some work - wood carving tools are a better bet than kitchen knives. Black cat and neep lantern.
