Colton and Rylee are endgame but can't seem to escape their cycle of having one good night just to have it all fall apart the next day. But will a huge mistake misunderstanding end it all?

The episode picks up with Colton and Rylee arriving at his place after an event. They have made up, but Colton still faces his demons. When Rylee tries to wrap her arm around him, Colton flips out (understandably). But there is some progress. He apologizes and they end their night together.

Colton and Rylee wake up with that morning glow and are in their own little bubble. A call from Scooter, one of the kids from Corporate Cares, is both sweet and eye-opening. Viewers will get to see how good Rylee is with kids and even see that little spark in Colton's eye as he appreciates her nurturing personality. It's also a great scene for fans to see the beginning's of the infamous 'I Race You' quote.

I am so happy to see the two being so carefree together. Their bright light of joy and happiness dims a bit when Colton has to leave to Nashville for some meetings.

Rylee and Colton are missing each other and he does something unexpected. He ends his trip early to see his girl. Colton can be so romantic and charming! Rylee notices and rewards him with a sexy makeout session on the stairwell.

When they are headed to his office, they find Tawny in his office. She is playing miss goody two shoes, but I think we all know better.

They leave and have dinner at Rylee's . Colton opens up a bit when he admits that he ended his trip early because he missed Rylee. As they are talking, Rylee admits that she gets a bit jealous of Tawny because of her 'perfect' appearance and attitude. This leads to one of my favorite scenes in the episode. Colton takes her to the bathroom and tells her to look in the mirror to see what he sees; a desirable and authentic woman. That leads to another passionate night.

When Rylee wakes up, she is so happy. She goes to join Colton in the bathroom as he is shaving and can't help but be honest with him. Rylee tells Colton 'I love you' and he doesn't receive it well.

I know we all love Colton because of his complicated way but damn boy. This is RYLEE! Don't continue to push her away.

This hiccup in their relationship leaves Rylee in tears and Colton drinking himself into oblivion. I just have to say that I am so glad that Rylee has Haddie. We all need a friend like her to kick us in the butt when we need it and be there when we need to cry.

Rylee is struggling so much but doesn't want to give up on Colton. That is reaffirmed when Quinlan calls her to tell her how much he needs her right now. So, Riley is on a mission to find Colton. She goes to his house and he isn't there. She heads to his other place and is initially happy when the door open after knocking on the door. Her attitude changes when Tawny opens the door wearing nothing but Colton's shirt.

This is bad! Colton says it's not what it looks like but if it looks like a duck and walks like a duck...

Rylee doesn't want to hear another one of Colton's excuses. Yes, he told her that he would probably hurt her but it still doesn't make it right and give him a pass when he actually does just that.

The episode ends with Rylee leaving and saying goodbye to Colton.
